Yes. The Little Wolf Party Hire holds $10 million public liability insurance, suitable for our soft play operations and related hire activities. All hires, including inflatables, are subject to our Agreement to Hire, which outlines safety requirements and responsibilities.

Delivery, setup and pack down are priced based on your event location and access requirements. Travel or access fees may apply and will be confirmed with you prior to booking.

Yes. Bundle discounts may be available when multiple items or services are hired together. Discount eligibility depends on availability, location and the items selected, and will be confirmed in your quote.

Absolutely! As parents ourselves, we understand that every event has different needs, preferences and budgets. We’re happy to customise a package to suit your space, age group and vision. Please contact us to discuss your event.

Yes. We take care of delivery, setup and pack down, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without the stress.

For all outdoor bookings, we strongly recommend having a suitable indoor backup location, as weather conditions can change unexpectedly.If weather is deemed unsafe (including high winds, rain, extreme heat or hazardous surfaces), setup may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons. In these cases, rescheduling will be prioritised in line with our Terms & Conditions.
